sometimes you find something special... really special. here at frank james we define special as ruffles, buttons, belted, gray, 3/4 length sleeves...too much, too soon? not in our book!  plastic island brought out the big guns...and you don't have to dive too far into you pocket book to own it. $164!! 

Who is Frank James

frank james is the brother of jesse james. please don't ask why the store is named frank james. we don't like explaining it all in detail. but...it all started with PARIS TEXAS and two people by the name of ty and jen. 

frank james has a location in bellingham wa and portland or. although the stores are quite different, just as much love goes and hair pulling goes into both of them. 

this is alison and victoria. the gruesome twosome met in the apparel merchandise/design/textile program at washington state university. they share a very special bond of craziness, sarcasm and "bringing it" on a daily basis.
